CommAlert is a crisis monitoring organization. It’s a fairly simple idea, but potential customers didn’t understand or value the services they offered. Given their exceptional work-alone support and emergency coordination in situations like the Calgary Bow River flooding, we wanted to help CommAlert better share their message through a marketing campaign.
The print side of the campaign targeted communities that could benefit from disaster services. The ads’ taglines directly referenced particular kinds of crises while addressing how CommAlert could help. The digital campaign put a face to work-alone monitoring so workers and family members could understand the value of the service. It’s that much more comforting knowing someone is watching over a loved one while they’re working in a dangerous setting.
